The paint is all original and has never had any sheet metal work and is certified to have never been in an accident. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as an western car should be. All chrome trim, glass, and rubber seals are in great shape. The car is riding on the on the original lightweight cast aluminum wheels. All four are in good shape with very minor scuffs on one wheel. The car also has factory correct Pirelli tires on it which were replaced around 2001 and have had very few miles since, but are still in very good condition. The interior is in great shape all around. The dash and door panels are in very nice condition and all wood grain is very nice and gives the car a very luxurious feel. The supple grey leather seats are all in very good condition and look as nice as new with no rips or ware lines, which shows the quality of materials used in this car. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. All dials and controls function as they should, power windows and antenna also are fully functional. The sound system is also very nice with the high dollar Jaguar sound system currently installed. All lights, gauges switches, and accessories work as they should. Mechanically, this XJS runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. It drives as good now as the day it rolled of the lot. The V12 engine is very quick and responsive. It is reliable, easy to fix, and parts are readily available. The suspension is very tight and feels solid even at highway speeds above 90mph. The car has a stellar Jaguar dealer service record and has thousands of dollars of receipts to show its extensive service history, as well as document the extremely low miles. The car also just easily passed the tough Arizona Emissions tests with flying colors.
