This is one of the nicest 1936 Chrysler's you will ever find. It is truly a "Collector's Dream". NO RESERVE !!! Better than Chevy or Ford This beautiful Chrysler has only had two owners in the last 32 years. The previous owner purchased it in 1978 and completely restored it. According to what he told me, it was a complete frame off restoration. The body, paint and interior are nearly perfect. The complete undercarriage was coated with a rubberized undercoating. I have found no evidence of filler anywhere or rust anywhere. The doors shut nicely and the windows work fine. The car has only been driven 3,120 miles in 32 years! I have only driven the Chrysler a few times to dinner and local car shows. I have always stored it a dry storage garage. Everything on the Chrysler works except the wipers and auxilery lights (spot light, fog lights and dome light). The Chrysler runs great. The only thing I have done to the car since I purchased it 5 years ago is to have the generator professionally rebuilt and replaced the battery. All of the chrome is excellent except that the hub caps are in fair condition and one of the rear bumper guards could use re-chromed (see pictures). The tires are in excellent condition. It appears that everything on the car is original except that the original choke was replaced with a manual choke and it has a stainless steel exhaust system. The title is still listed in the previous owner's name. He has signed the title but I never had it transferred to my name. If this is a problem for you, do not bid on the car. I am selling this wonderful car because I am retired and want to cut back on my toys. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from buyers who have no feedback or negative feedback. I researched it on Wikipedia and found that it actually is an Air Stream. [I knew it wasn't an Imperial when I listed it but there was no category for a C-6 and I knew it wasn't an Air Flow.] E-Bay will not allow me to change the category to Air Stream. Sorry for the error.
