2003 Chevrolet 1500 Heavy Duty Crew Cab 4x4 The truck you are looking at is a one owner truck that I bought new in June 2003. I have a clear title in hand with no liens. The truck is in great shape inside and out. The exterior is a 8.5 - 9 out of 10 and the interior is a 9. When I bought the truck I had the Chevrolet dealership take off the black textured fender flares and I bought new smooth paintable flares and had the dealership paint them to match the truck. They still look brand new to this day. At 48,000 miles I had a Rancho 4" lift professionally installed. I then put on new 16x9 American Racing wheels and a set of 295/75 R16 BF Goodrich All Terrain KO tires. The truck has only been back to the dealership on time for a recall on the tailgate cables. Aside from that it has had no warranty work done. I kept perfect maintanace on it changing the oil every 2500 miles and doing all the scheduled fluid changes. The engine is a 6.0 liter and runs perfect. The transmission shifts as good as it did when I drove it off the dealerships lot. The 4x4 was used very little, mainly pulling my boat back up the lauching ramp at the lake. Twice a month I engaged the 4x4 and drove it around a little to keep it well lubed. The truck has almost new BF Goodrich tires with 90% tread left. I just spent $ 3000 having the complete front end rebuilt. It has two new Four wheel drive hub asseblys. New upper and lower ball joints, tie rod bushings, Idler and pitman arm, and alignment. It drives strait and true with no shimmys or shakes. I included pics so you could see the new parts. The truck is in great shape for a 2003 model, but does have a couple minor imperfections. I never smoked in the truck but my ex wife (which hardly ever drove the truck) burned one very small hole in the drivers seat. Hardly noticeable unless you are looking hard. Exterior has a few rock chips from the tires, and a few scratches that can be buffed out. All in all the truck is in very nice shape. I have tried to describe the truck to the best of my ablility, and am positive the buyer will be very happy when the see the truck. I would not hesitate to jump in the truck and head to New York right this second. I will help with shipping any way possible.
