Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over retail by eliminating all the overhead expenses that the big dealers pass on to you. I personally test drive each vehicle so that I can describe to you first hand how each one looks, runs and drives. My descrpition is my honest opinion of each car based completely on my test drive. The information condtianed within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic and do not inspect any vehicle beyond being test driven. Questions about this or any of my cars, as well as personal inspections, are welcomed and encouraged. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2002 Mazda Protege LX sedan. This good looking Mazda is finished in tan with matching tan cloth interior. I would rate the exterior of this Protege in average condition. The tan paint shines up very well. There are some spots of rust here and there. I tried to photograph everything for you. It took me a few days to notice it myself but it is in a few small spots. All of the glass is in tact. This LX model comes with factory alloy wheels and the optional factory rear spoiler. All four tires have good tread and should last a long time. This is a good looking car. Just check out the photographs! The interior of this Mazda is pretty clean. I would rate the interior as ABOVE AVERAGE. The tan cloth interior is in very good shape. The seats show almost no wear, no rips, no holes and are comfortable and supportive. The carpets and headliner show no unusual wear. This Protege is equipped with power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof which all work as they should. The stereo system is the factory Cassette/CD radio and sounds very good. The climate control system appears to be in good working condition and the A/C is ice cold. The trunk of this car is clean and spacious. The seats fold down for additional cargo room if needed. In the glove box you will find a full set of factory owners manuals. Mechanically, this Mazda appears to be in good condition. I have never had one of these before so I am not very familiar with them but the engine starts right up and idles smoothly. There are no warning lights on. During my test drive, the engine held proper operating temperature. The suspension and steering both feel nice and tight. The brakes stop the car well. During my test drive, the car drove strait and didn't exhibit any vibration or pulling. The clutch feels great. It engages smoothly and grabs strong...no slipping. The manual transmission shifts well through all the gears. This car feels solid as a rock. For a small car, it feels heavy on the road. You can also feel this when you close the hood, doors, ect... These seem like very well built little cars. With under 100k miles, the next owner should get plenty of use out of this car. It has a PA inspection that is good through 2/2012. If you are looking for an inexpensive car that gets good fuel economy and isn't a complete bore to drive, this is your car. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
