On Mar-07-11 at 14:24:48 PST, seller added the following information: NOTE: CarFax/AutoCheck indicates 2 accidents. The 1st incident happened in 2001, and only involved a scuff on the rear bumper. The police were called in to report the incident. This happened prior to my purchase. I researched and viewed the minor bumper repair work invoice (repaired at Braman BMW). There was NO DAMAGE only a paint scuff. The 2nd incident happened in 2005. The hood of my car made contact with the rear bumper of an SUV. The hood of my car was the only body part damaged. I took pictures the day it happened (available upon request). NO DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE. The hood was replaced with a factory BMW hood.
