Up for auction is his 1990 Buick Reatta. With only 56K original miles, it is in mint condition inside and out. My grandfather was the original owner for all these years and always kept it in excellent shape. It has been a Florida car from day one, never even taken out in even the rain, and has always been garage kept. It was only used seldomly, as he had a few other cars as well, and has never been abused. It has been very well maintained since the day it was bought new, and is in super running condition. From the looks of it, you'd never think it's a 1990. This car draws compliments wherever you go, as many can't believe what outstanding shape it's in. It is pearl white on the outside, with maroon red leather on the inside. It is loaded with a V6 3.8 liter engine, leather interior, power seats/windows/mirrors, factory telephone, on-board computer, AM/FM digital radio, cassette, digital temperature controls, fog lights, heated mirrors, keyless entry, alarm, etc. The car has always been babied and garage kept, and needs absolutely nothing. Maintenance has always been kept on the car, as it was dealer serviced all of these years, and it drives just as it came out of the showroom. Everything in the car is factory original, including the carpets. The spare tire has never ever been used, and along with the car we have 3 factory keys with the original remote alarm and all of the original owner’s manuals, pamphlets, books, and papers. Records from all of the maintenance done to the car since new is also enclosed. This is absolutely one of the rarest Buick Reattas you will find, and a sure collectible in the future! EXTERIOR: The outside of the car is in excellent condition. As mentioned, it’s always been garage kept and definitely shows it. Absolutely no dents/dings/rust or anything of that sort- just a couple of minor "marks" on the front and rear bumpers (see pictures), and a couple of light very light scratches on the body, but nothing really noticeable. Paint has an excellent shine and is very glossy! INTERIOR: The interior of the car is in mint condition, and is just beautiful. The seats are in excellent shape, and look to have almost been never used. Every single option works- the heat is hot, the air condition is cold, all the power options work, all the electric components, etc. Every single button works and works like new, including the factory telephone. MECHANICALLY Let me first start out by saying that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from New York to Florida and then back. This car was checked out from top to bottom mechanically and needs absolutely nothing. The engine and transmission are perfect, it doesn't leak anywhere, no noises coming from anywhere, and it's very smooth on the highway. All of the maintenance records are up to date as of 3 months ago, and the car does not even need an oil change. Even the tires are like new! It drives like it just came out of the showroom and is ready to go anywhere. As a final note, all I can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around. If you're looking for a well-maintained, all original, ultra-low mileage Buick Reatta that has always been babied, this is it. I’d be hard-pressed to find another one in nicer condition.
