1998 Honda Shadow

I have been building this custom bobber for over a year. I have nearly $7,000 invested in this bike. The heart of the bike is a 98 Honda Shadow 600. The bike (engine & trans) has a little over 8k miles on it. It is in mint condition. This bike underwent a complete frame restoration and is sporting a brand new front end, including a new set of springer front forks, low pro bars, custom headlight, pointed swiss cheese grips, new front rim, new front brake caliper, disc rotor and master cylinder and brake lever. I have over $2,300 in the front end alone.... The engine is strong and is in excellent condition. The transmission shifts smooth through all gears. The rear end is sporting sim alligator skin seat and floating rear fender which cost over $400. The bike has brand new Vance Hines pipes that cost over $300... I have wrapped the header pipes in exhaust wrap for heat protection and the rugged bobber / rat bike look. Not to mention that it sounds great! Very throaty and deep, similar to Harley. This bike only needs some minor work to get it street legal. It needs to have a tail light/brake light and turn signals hooked up, as well as a horn. However, the bike runs great! Gotta let it go in order to pay taxes in April... Please Note: The Silver pin stripes on the tank in the pictures began to peel off and have since been removed... No damage to the tank, however, it is just flat black now.
