He is a typical Bentley owner who is obsessive-compulsive about his stuff. The "accident" resulted in a crack of the front bumper with which a lot of people could live with, but not him. He had the bumper replaced by an authorized Bentley repair shop. The total price of the bumper, paint and install totaled $7,500. As you can understand, that is extremely minor for a car like this. As you can see from the eBay/Carfax, this accident was extremely minor and the vehicle condition number is at the high end of the spectrum for cars like this.
