I recently purchased this 1950 F-1 Pick up from the 2nd owner. In 1980 the engine was rebuilt and the body painted gray. This car has a solid body and runs and drives great. Easy restoration project or drive as is. Mechanics: Flathead V8 engine was rebuilt in 1980 with low miles since. Engine, brakes, and transmission are in good shape. Body: Solid body with minimal sheet metal rust. Floor pans and undercarriage are solid. Some surface rust on undercarriage that is typical and easily cleaned off. No undercoating or patches. What you see is what it is. The color of the truck is light gray. I have cleaned up the bed and sprayed with gray primer so it can be confusing. Chrome: The chrome is in good condition with some age spots. Interior: Seats and headliner have been redone and look great. There are no floor mats or carpet. Rubber; Tires look good and there seems to be alot of life left in them. There is a good spare mounted under the bed. You can get in this Ford, turn the key and drive it away.
