This is a 1940 Cadillac LaSalle. This is the last year for the LaSalle and the only year that the LaSalle had the Headlamps mounted in the Fender. This car has a clear Title. The car is very complete and ready to be restored or hot rodded. The car has not been driven on the road in years. The brakes are not working and the car cannot be driven. The Motor is an Eight Cylinder Flathead. It is free and turns over easily, but I have not had it running. It may need points, plugs, coil or more to get running. The Transmission is the original three speed on the column and appears to be in good condition. The Frame is solid. The Body of the car is very solid, but there is some rust in the rear Fenders and a few other areas. Most of the Glass is in the car. Some of the Glass is good, some is broken or cracked. The Grill and bumpers are good and look nice. The Hood looks good. The original rims have the original Hub Caps and Wide White Wall Tires. They look good and hold air, but are old and may not be fit for driving. The Interior is very complete, but not in great condition. All of the Doors open and close perfectly. I am posting good pictures that show the actual condition of the car. I will try to answer any questions through email. This car sells with no reserve.
