Options: Finished in cobalt blue metallic with a tan accent stripe and tan leather upholstery, this nice 2000 Volvo V70 GLT Turbo features about everything that you expect in a Swedish sports wagon beginning with the smooth and responsive 2.4 Liter DOHC 20-Valve Turbo powerplant teamed with an electronically controlled 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission w/winter shift mode, driver, passenger and side SRS (air bags), Volvo’s own Side-Impact Protection System (SIPS), fully automatic dual zone climate control featuring a factory R134a refrigerant charge, 4-wheel ABS (anti-lock brakes), power windows, central locking system, power mirrors, power front seats, factory alloy wheels, factory sound system w/CD slot, 4-wheel disc brakes, cruise control, service reminder system, power sunroof, rear window/rear view mirror defroster and much more! Yet ANOTHER Clean Southern Ride! This vehicle is riding on a good set of tires! Service and Inspection Report: We brought this Volvo in for service and found a few things that needed attention, giving every one of them individual service. As is the case with all of our vehicles, we installed a NEW TIMING BELT KIT that includes a timing belt, tensioner and idler pulley. That’s the only way to do these vehicles is to replace all of the service parts on the belt drive. While we were at it, we replaced all of the spark plugs with Denso® brand units, specifically designed for the turbo engine. We installed a timing belt service label for you under the hood. As we worked under the hood, we noted that the battery was a bit weak so we replaced the vehicle’s battery with a new battery, a three-year free replacement unit. We also cleaned the battery terminals and applied an corrosion inhibitor to the terminals. We did an oil/filter change and installed a new air filter. While we had things apart, we vacuumed the debris from the air filter box as it accumulates debris from driving. Finishing off under the hood, the computer showed that the engine wasn’t quite coming up to temperature so we installed a new thermostat. The coolant is nice and clean and appears to have been recently changed. Continuing to the chassis, we noticed that the front brakes were new and the back brakes have new pads. The climate control worked just fine so we replaced the cabin air filter. To finish, we installed new wiper blades, front and rear. All in all, we did what would have amounted to $1,800 worth of service to this vehicle if you bought all of this after the sale yourself! That’s the Grove Automotive Group, Inc. difference. You can take up to 90 days to pay for the vehicle as long as you follow the payment schedule that is posted.
