I have owned this Corvette for 9 years. It has always been well maintained with the oil and filter changed every 6 months regardless of milage. The previous owner repainted the Corvette as the clear coat was coming off. I have replaced the headliner and recovered the seats in the last year or so as well as replacing the heater core and the master cylinder. The A/C has been changed to 134A and blows good and cold and the heater and defroster work as they should. The transmission was service about 4 years ago with a new filter and fluid. As you can see in the pictures, the Corvette has the removable targa top which stores in the back when removed. The only time that this Corvette has seen any moisture is when it has been washed. I have never driven it in the rain or bad weather since I have owned it. As you can see in the attached pictures of the original build sheet and window sticker, the Corvette is loaded with options as well as the 5.7L,350 engine and the 4 speed automatic transmission. The Corvette was built on May 20, 1983 in Bowling Green, Ky and sold by the dealer in Covington, Ky. Also pictured is an original dealer showroom brochure as well as a fold out showing "The Anatomy of the New Corvette". This of course was the first year of the C4 Corvettes. When I bought the Corvette, I removed the Cross Fire injection system and put an edelbrock manifold and carburator on for dependable daily driving. I have all of the Cross Fire Injection system that was removed and of course this will go with the Corvette to the next owner. This Corvette is not a "trailer queen" or "show only" unit. It is not perfect, but it is well above average and turns heads whenever driven. This daily driver needs nothing to be enjoyed and driven whenever you choose. The Corvette is always stored inside and covered as you can see in the pictures. I have driven the Corvette just over 10,000 miles since I bought it and it has only been driven an average of 2200 miles each year of its life. There is no warranty given or implied, but this is a "no disappointment unit". Inspections are encouraged. This Corvette is for sale locally, so it could be removed from the auction at any time if sold.
