The vehicle was sold with a cracked front bumper cover and deployed airbags. There was no damage to the engine, transmission, cooling, frame or suspension. We simply replaced the front cover and foam absorber with new OEM parts and had the bumper painted to match. There is some trim missing under the bumper cover and the left front fender liner is torn (plastic). The front airbags are deployed and could be replaced (the horn still works). About The Title Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections.
