1983 Honda Magna

you are looking at a 1983 honda 750 magna. Just had the carbs rebuilt in sept 2010. since then the bike has been sitting in the garage, went to start it the other day and it acts like it want to start just will not turn over. i bought the bike last year to teach my girlfriend how to ride and she tried a couple of times but never made it out of the yard. It is time to get this bike out of the garage. The weather is warming up and I know someone will enjoy riding this bike. there is a dent in the front fender. the spedo needle is broke in half. that is the only thing I can think of is wrong with the bike. As for it not starting I am guessing it is because it has been sitting for the past 5 months. any questions just ask
