Beautiful Black 1996 BMW 328i Convertible. It was literally 9 degrees outside while I took these pics. I'm warming up just thinking about how fun this car will be when it's 70+! It is a super fun car to drive...you will love it! The exterior is gorgeous....seems to be a repaint but the shine looks as any black BMW should. No visible exterior rust. Typical front end rock chips n nicks. Minimal, if any, door dings and no dents to speak of. Nearly new matching Bridgestone Blizzak tires all the way around on great condtion factory wheels. This car drives flawlessly thru the snow...if you noticed the snow piles in the background, Illinois area had 20inches of snow days before these shots were taken. I vouch for it's drivability and BMWs are some of the best driving RWD cars in snow. Top looks nearly perfect with only a few rearward stitches having let go but no flapping cloth or leaks. This is one of only 2 issues I can speak of on the car....the top is motorized but inconsistant. I got it to work once. You can hear the motor function but it's not "grabbing" as if a gear is loose. You can EASILY pull it down and up manually as the powered unit like this was an option. The car is also decently silent while driving and the typical suspension harshness, squeaks and vibrations are nearly non-existent with this convertible. Body is very straight. Minimal nicks on the bumper covers. No typical rust in any locations like under the trunklid and rear quarters. Smoking is a result ONLY from the temperature being 9degrees! It was brutal....my hands were turning pink and I had to hop in the car to keep warm. Heat works perfectly too! Interior looks fantastic and is easily a 9 out of 10! The driver's bolster is barely worn. Heated seats work great. Full power everything. Kenwood detachable face CD player. 2 factory BMW keys. Everything works from what I can tell. Only missing the spare tire in the trunk yet has most the factory tool kit and factory manual. Shots to show all the dummy lights come on and off during startup. No lights are on during run EXCEPT (other issue) an intermittent Traction Control light. It only comes on during moving result from a bad or failing wheel sensor. I don't know which wheel. It hasn't affected drivability. Super strong 2.8 liter and excellent shifting auto transmission. No overheating. No odd noises or knocks. Very healthy. Recent battery. Brakes are solid and tight and only a tiny amount if pulse is noticable under hard braking. Everything, with the exception of items above, operates as it should. Cruises 70mph with Zero complaints from me! This car is truly turn key and go fun! Bid, Buy and Drive ANYWHERE with 100% confidence! I personally pick and choose my cars and ALWAYS drive them for a few hundred miles to ensure their reliability. Please understand I check them out as best as possible.
