I have a low buy it now and no reserve! EBAY CANCELLED THE LAST AUCTION BECAUSE I HAD THE DESCRIPTION WRONG OR SOMETHING. CAR IS STILL AVAIALABLE 1970 Chevelle Convertible. It is not an SS. Has drum brakes on the front and a 10 bolt rear. I am including a used and not rebuilt date matched 12 bolt rear with all the brackets. No ac or power windows. The body is rough but repairable, the frame is good other than the rear where they normally rust under the back seat- repair or replace it is up to you. The top is power and has all the pieces but the cloth top is missing. This is a factory 4spd car - not a rock crusher but still a factory 4spd. Has a 350 in it, not running. Appears to be original but cant read the stamp plate so I can't be sure. I haven't checked the date code on it either. This is a good car for a builder, my intentions were to disassemble it and do a ground up restoration but..... baby on the way so I guess it goes. It will need some patch panels, probably quarters. I have been asked what it will need.... I don't know how to answer that, some would repair things, some would replace them. It is a matter of choice and just how far you want to take this car - trailer queen or driver. I would repair most of it and only replace what is needed. Floors are repairable, trunk is ok, quarters would be easier to replace. doors and fenders are questionable. Car is complete inside and out but has sat for a while. My loss is your gain, this is a super hard to find car with a 4spd and convertible. It needs complete restoration, how far you want to take that is up to you. I haven't looked for a build sheet or anything, what you see is what you get. It rolls and that's about it right now. I have the title listed as other because I purchased it from a state where they do not have paper titles only bills of sale. I have all the selling documents, a notorized letter of sale and documents from the state that are needed. Just have to apply for a title in your state, not a big deal. Sells as is, no delivery included although I do have an enclosed car hauler up for auction if you need it.
