selling a nice condition 1968 ford mustang convertible, previous owner had car for 10 years, this car was restored back in 2001 and has only been driven since very little, mostly sitting in garage untill i got it, here is what i know about the car but i can tell you you can get in this car and drive it anywhere, runs extremely well, has 289 engine that was rebuilt in 2001, i was told this is original engine and trans for the car, engine was bored 30 over all new internal put in it in 2001 and only has 1000 miles since rebuild, has 4 barrel carb, has 3 speed trans on floor, factory rearend, back in 2001 new floors were installed, new quarters new wheel housings, new convertible top which is in excellent cond, new carpet, new wheels and tires, brakes, has maunal brakes and steering, new dash pad, new paint, i have alot of receipts for the work done in 2001 car does need painted now, paint job wasnt very good back then has some bubbles starting to show thru, on fender and bottom of 1 door, trunk is solid frame and floors are good, paint just sucks in my opinion, alittle light body work and paint would really make this car stand out, interior is fair, back seat has tear in it, front seat has small tear, door panels are nice, car was donr nice back in 2001 but just sitting and not driven much since then only on weekends in summer, tires are gt radials 215-60-14 all around,bumpers were replaced but front has some pitting started and rear has 2 small spots starting to fade, chrome is all nice cond on car, doors need aligned open and close good, has new gas tank and sending unit, has dual exhaust out the back, over all this car is a driver car right now, get in it and go, body is solid not wavy and rusted, i am selling car as is with no warrenties, come see car or call for details 304-671-8400 i will entertain trades looking for a dodge ram 4x4 truck On Feb-13-11 at 16:21:02 PST, seller added the following information: vin number is 8T03C189793
