Lift does have yellow padding as per some state regulations. Interior: Front seat is ripped, front dash is in good shape, no fading or cracks, gauges work appropriately, radio works (am/fm) but van only has a speaker at the driver position, control panel to side of seat works well and is wired for a 2 way radio if you choose to install one, high idle works, heat (front and rear) work, bus door controller works well, flooring is in good shape, 2 rear seats are worn and 1 rear seat is missing the fold down arm rest. All in all, this van is a good van for a start up company looking to start cheap or an existing company looking to expand or add to the fleet for cheap.
