NO RESERVE!! Okay, I see lots of watchers and I've fielded several appeals that I sell this car outright for well below my starting bid amount, so despite the repairs I've made to the front suspension (read on), I'm going to lower the starting bid down a couple hundred bucks and see how things play out. I've had a number of cars over the years, but this one has people at work constantly commenting on how nice this one looks. Up for auction is a really clean 1977 Mustang II Mach 1 fastback. It’s a very respectable looking survivor that shows nice in and out. A real solid rust free car that can be driven the way she is or have her beefed up and transformed into a light weight street/strip screamer. Some of the features include: - Factory 302 V8 - Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake - Edelbrock 4 barrel carb - Rebuilt C4 automatic trans - 8” Ford rear end (factory 4 lug axles) - Factory A/C (belt has been removed, so I don’t know its functionality) - Factory AM/FM Stereo - Factory analog gages including working tachometer, amp gage and water temp (temp gage not hooked up) - Bucket seats with center console - Nice factory aluminum spoke steering wheel - Weld Draglite wheels (15 X 4 front /15 X 8 rear) - Power front disc brakes with new 5 lug rotors - Power rack and pinion steering Except for the upgraded intake, carburetor, electric fuel pump and transmission cooler, this car is all original. The single exhaust still retains stock manifolds, a catalytic converter, and full tailpipe set up. The paint shines nice and shows well, and the body is straight but not perfect (mostly very minor random dents that don‘t jump out at you). The front valance is missing, but it’s not really noticeable to the untrained eye. The original interior is super nice for a car of this vintage and includes new carpet. The dash is cracked under the dash mat and the headliner could use some attention near the rear hatch area, but nothing obvious or view obstructing. Pretty much the issues you’d expect from a 30 year old un-restored classic. Mechanically speaking, this car drives very nice, the engine runs great with no smoke or abnormal engine noise, and the transmission shifts very firm. No leaks or drips of any fluids. The power steering pump and the power rack and pinion were just replaced due to a surging issue it had when corning, but now it drives perfectly straight and true with no issues. The front end feels very tight. This is a no reserve auction, and the car is sold as is, where is, so bid with confidence and bid to own an sweet hard to find Mach 1. Buyer is responsible for all transportation cost's from Avondale Arizona to it’s final destination. NEW PICS More Pics
