Vehicle Detail
1995 FORD F-150 4X4 WITH WESTERN SNOW PLOW. 122K miles on this 4.9L - 6 cylinder automatic. FARM TRUCK. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. This vehicle can be shipped. Phildalphia area was quoted around $400.00. I am in Erie, PA 16501. Call for exact quote and timeframe. This truck will need to be towed. It has a hole in the gas tank. (new tank is $100.)You can put a couple of gallons in it before it starts to leak, but it will drip if you fill it up. It does not pass state inspection in Pennsylvania due to the rust on the body. It would have to have work done to pass. It is rough. It does run and drive and you can plow snow with it. But it has not been licensed and on the road for years. It is a lot truck. Used to plow snow locally on 1 lot and not on the road. If you have a farm or large lot and can use this for that it will work for you just fine. If you want to put it on the road it will need some work. It has been used on the lot to plow snow for some time. If your state does not have inspection or you are allowed some rust on a vehicle, this may be a good project for you. Otherwise it is ideal for using to push snow on a lot. The truck has hub locks on the front for putting it into 4wd. The bracket that holds the floor shift lever is broken so right now you have to get out of the truck and operate the hub locks to get it in and out of 4wd.You can replace the bracket since it is a bolt on item. You may be able to get one in a junk yard. YES The 4 wheel drive does work! The trailing arm bushing also needs replaced. It does not cost much and is easy to change. Since this truck has not been on the road for several years, I INSIST a trailer is needed for transportation. There is currently no license plate on the truck. There is a WESTERN snow plow that goes with the unit. It is a power angle plow. It goes up and down and tilts left and right but is slow. It may need to have the hydrolic lines bled or the pump may need rebuilt.. It has cloth seats and an AM-FM cassette player. The 2 tires on the rear are near new (see pic). All 4 tires are 31 x 50 x 15" which is a higher profile filling up the wheel well better. The fuel injected motor starts up even on a cold day. This truck is not brand new. You are buying a truck with only 122,000 miles (low for its age) but it will need some work to put it on the road. Mechanically it has had some recent work done to it. The front right axle was replaced, rear brake lines as well as the Left front U-Joint. Please email or call with questions. Dan 814-449-5820
