Here is a very nice cb 450 for the right owner. Its time for me to let it go for other projects. It will need some TLC to get it running again but would also make a nice show bike. This is an older frame up restoration about 5 years ago. Most parts have been either repainted or powder coated. NOS honda parts were used where possible. It has always been garaged but has not been run much in the past two years. Bike has 14,201 original miles, all electrics work but battery does not seem to hold a charge for very long. The tires are in great shape and the brake pads and shoes are in very good condition. New motion-pro throttle and clutch cables were used, the speedo and tach cables are nos. The gas tank was coated and is still very clean inside. It had some small dents so was custom painted, as was the side covers. The seat was professionally rebuilt and covered. Engine work was done by a local area shop with new exhaust valves and intakes lapped. New rings were installed as well as new gaskets . The front fender is slightly pitted and has some very small dents, the back fender is in nice condition. The rims are nice but also have some pitting. The mufflers are the original and also very nice for a 40 year old bike. The guages are in excellent condition and the ignition key has been repositioned between them. I have the original under the tank ignition bracket if you want it. I require a 20% deposit within three days of the end of the auction. I have set a reserve of $1000., so please don't bid $5.00 at a time. I am willing to deliver it within 250 miles of southeastern Ohio for gas money, otherwise you will need to come and get it.
