Nice Beetle! Collectors Must See! 1964 yellow with custom red flames. We purchased this car 2 years ago for my daughter's 16th birthday and we've decided it's not the car for her to take to college. It's had a lot of work done in the past two years. We paid $4559.00 and put about $2100.00 into it. We've only put about 500 miles on it and we have all receipts. Here is a list of everything that we've done since July of 2008. - 11/3/08 - 4 new tires and full break inspection/ tightened all brake hoses and lines/ re-adjusted all brakes/ power bleed brake system - 11/25/08 - replaced brake master cylinder - 10/07/09 - engine reseal to correct oil leak/ replaced exhaust with factory type/ replaced throttle cable/ new battery - 06/04/10 - replaced master cylinder(under warranty), bleed brakes/ replaced ignition lock cylinder - 06/11/10 - replaced alternator and regulator It has some minor cosmetic issues. Small dent in the hood and some spider cracks in the paint. But it runs great after all this. It’s priced to sell quickly. Hate to see it go! It's a fun car to drive!
