2002 BMW R-Series

I purchased this motorcycle in July, 2004 with 1,447 miles on the odo. The original dealer "Carolina BMW" painted this black when it was new and called it "Street Warrior". The original paint scheme was Dakar Yellow/Ferro. I purchased this bike in perfect condition from BMW of Oklahoma. The bike was sold with heated grips, BMW integral ABS brakes, 12 volt power socket for accessories. I added BMW system cases, Bmw touring windshield, Sargent seat, Throttle Meister bar ends and BMW supplemental LED brake light. Since I have owned this machine it has never spent the night outside, it has been garaged and covered. Full annual service was peformed at 5,315 miles, brake and clutch fluids were flushed, new Continental tires were mounted, these services were all performed by BMW of Oklahoma. I installed a new BMW battery at the same time. There is a very small seep in the rear drive at the boot. The BMW mechanic said it could be like that for the life of the bike or maybe get worse, I chose not to repair it. This is an excellent, do it all motorcycle. I don't do it justice by not riding it. It needs a home where it is appreciated and ridden.
