1956 Cadillac series 62, 2 door hardtop, but the fenders have Gold "Coupe DeVille badges". This is a running driving car.. Get in and go.. The car has had some body work about 25 years ago and is starting to show (Body filler). The trunk and floors are solid! The car is equipped with a 365ci engine (not numbers matching) and automatic transmission that shifts perfectly. This car was ordered factory without power windows or power seat. The style # is 56-6237.. 56 = model year 1956 / 62 = series 62 / 37 = body style "coupe") FW 13490 = factory identification # off the line. The car does have power brakes and the "accessory code" E says the car came factory with EZ eye glass (green tint) and the H says it came with a heater. The paint codes #12 & #18 say the car came factory Canyon Grey with a Camelot Grey roof. The door panels are not original to the car (same with the back seat area) and were done around the time of the "resto" but look good and the dash is in nice condition.. The front and back seats are original and useable, the interior Trim code 31 (seats) are Grey Frostweave & White Elasco Fab (fake leather). The grey carpet is also in original condition with no rips.. All side and rear glass is good but the windshield does have a crack (typical to Alberta) and is available new. The car is white with a metal flake dark greyish black roof and does looks good from 20 feet but is by no means a mint car. The wire wheels shown on the car are from the 80's (not my doing). I have a large network of 1954, 1955 and 1956 Cadillac parts cars so anything that may be needed is available.
