Greetings From Nashville Tennessee: When I was a young Lad of 16 Years old a Doctor in our neighborhood, Doctor Sidney Easterling had a 1971 450sl.I said to all my friends one day I'm going to have one of those one day when I become rich & famous! Well I never became rich & famous but I did get one back in 1992 and boy let me tell you this is the one and she has always been a real head turner. This is a very rare and beautiful color, the only other one I have seen in this color was @ a Golf course in Maui Hawaii when I was on Vacation back in 1996.I have really enjoyed this wonderful automobile in the past 20 years I am the 3rd owner and she is in very nice condition and has been kept in the garage the whole time. It is also the only color or that was available with this Classy German Canvas Tan Colored Top it had to be ordered from Germany. Unfortunately my wife has become very sick from her diabetes & had to go on disability so the family has taken a 50,000-dollar cut in pay. Ouch!! I’m not looking for self pity I just need to sell a couple of my personal Gitars and this classic automobile to help pay for the kids vehicles insurance and so on. I’m really not bitter I have had a lot of fun in this jewel and there are still plenty of years left in her. The car has no rust and runs good and as you can see still looks good. I didn't have time to wax her up before the pictures but as you can see she still looks mighty cute. I recently spent 1500.00 on a brand new German Canvas top I have the Hard Top stored away in my Garage, it was too heavy to handle by myself so I was unable to take pictures of it but I can assure you it's n outstanding condition.Please feel free to email @ dennis@frenchquartercafe.com or you may call me @ 615 668 9545 if you have any questions about the car.,..
