This 2005 Cadillac Deville is in very, very good condition, and it runs great, powered by a 4.6 liter Northstar V8. It includes a full slate of luxury and convenience features, and it rides and drives like a new Cadillac. This is a that hasn't been exposed to the road salty and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner, and it has only 43,483 original miles on it. The exterior is in excellent shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the "Cotillion White" paint shines brilliantly all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels.. The interior is clean, and also in very good condition. There are no rips, burn marks or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, and door panels are also in good shape. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 15th Judicial Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
