Hello, I have a 2003 Chevrolet express 3500 dual rear wheel Box Truck for sale. This truck has a 6.0L v8 engine and a 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission. Has a 4.10 geared posi traction rear end. The truck has 145000 miles on it. The truck has cold AC, power steering, am fm stereo, tilt steering column. The truck has a very nice 14' box with a rear roll up door and a cab access door. The box has a very rugged wooden floor, plywood sides and aluminum outer skin. The ceiling has been foam insulated. There is a very rugged shelving system installed inside the box. The box is in great shape, no dents, no scratches, very clean and water tight. Has interior lights inside the box. The box doors both operate as they should and lock / latch properly. The exterior of the truck is in great shape, no rot, no dents, very nice original paint. The interior is in decent condition, the seats each have about a 2" cut in the seat bottoms from normal wear and tear. The dash is in nice shape, rubber floor mat is in great shape, door panels etc... all in good clean well maintained shape. Nice heavy duty work truck. This has a 12000 pound GVW rating. The truck weighs 7200 pounds empty. The brakes are in great shape, stop very well, no pulsating, no grinding. Lots of life left in the brake pads and rotors. The truck runs and drives well. Goes down the road nice and straight. Nice tight front end, good ball joints, good tie rod ends, etc.. The engine runs well but does have a skip in it. The check engine light does come on at times with a P0300 code which is a random misfire. This could be plugs, wires, or a coil pack?? It does run and drive and I have been driving it like this but since it throws a check engine light it needs to be fixed to get an inspection sticker in Maine. You can drive this home and use it as is but to legally get a sticker you would need to address the random misfire. The engine does not make any strange noises, does not smoke, does not burn oil. But it does have a slight skip when idling. Great truck for a super low price, check what these are selling for. Usually 7-9k. I do have a clear title in hand for this box truck.
