Apparently there are DMV fees due that total $561.00 It was supposed to have been non-op'ed and I'm not sure why it didn't happen and more importantly why I never received a written notice. I move to abolish the DMV. I had a reserve of $2500 on this truck. If someone wants it I will sell it outright for $1939. That's $2500 minus the $561 owed. Thanks.
