1998 HONDA ACCORD, 2 sets of wheels/tires, body kit, recent paint, angel eyes, HID zenons, tailights, lowered, cold air intake, muffler, LEDs everywhere, weather tech, etc. NO RESERVE, but I do reserve the right to end the auction early. This a great opportunity to own a reliable Honda that already has the custom work done for you. This needs nothing and is ready to pick up. Anything I think you should know will be mentioned further down. HISTORY This car was purchased NEW off the lot by my father. It was serviced only by the dealership and by the book for the first 120K miles. It was never driven hard and rarely saw any snow. I took over ownership at around 125K. I have always kept the maintenance up to date, kept the exterior/interior detailed, and been very gentle with this car. Any mechanical issues were promptly fixed or replaced. I have winter wheels/tires but did not drive much in the snow because I have a second car with 4x4. ADDITIONS Body kit - this a wrap around ground effects type kit. This means that the ground effects can be removed and the stock pieces are still underneath. Wheels - 18 inch Ikons, All tires are 90% or better tread Winter wheels - I will include the stock rims with WINTER TIRES. Tread is nearly new. Suspension - Zentec springs and Tokico struts/shocks. Lowered about 2 inches... Headlights - angel eyes turn on with switch on dash. LED runners. Low beams are REAL HID zenons (not a blue zenon bulb in a halogen housing) like you see on luxury brands Taillights - after market black altezza type. License plate bulb is a white LED. Reverse lights are LED. Cold air intake Canister muffler with removable silencer Paint - the exterior was painted white about 2 years ago...It is still very glossy. It was originally grey, but the new colors also match the tan interior and do not look bad with grey inside the trunk or engine compartment. Black mesh grill Tint - passenger and far rear window - the backseat tint was removed to pass MD standards. It is not all that noticable, but if you wanted to tint only two windows it probably would not be that much. Interior - white/black seat covers (removable). LED lights everywhere, looks great at night. Audio - this is wired for an AMP/SUB from the stock radio. I will leave the hook ups so you can plug and play your own system, but I am NOT including the amp and sub. Weather Tech - Driver and passenger mats. These are the best mats on the market and extremly easy to clean. The entire trunk is coverd with a weather tech liner. I am selling this because I don't want to maintain and store two cars. With the new wife and house, my Jeep is a little better for work and family life. At the milage, this Honda hasn't even reached middle age. But obviously, it is SOLD AS IS. You can expect some cosmetic imperfections. There are no mechanical problems that I know know of at this time. Passes a strict MD safety inspection and emmissions a few months ago. Interior is very clean but not perfect as can be expected at this age. Before bidding - please look at pictures carefully and consider viewing it in person. There is some minor rust above the license plate and some small chips in the paint on different parts of the car. I notice this because I am so familiar with it, but my wife and friends couldn't identify these areas. It is still VERY attractive and it is safe to say the passerby will not notice these imperfections. The summer wheels were bought used and had some curb damaged before I bought them. The winter wheels are not much to look at but they have great winter tires. I have the winter wheels on now, but have not driven it in the snow this season. There is a little squeak on brake/rotors on the right side. The shop checked it out and said everything is good, probably dirt... but I will include some new brake pads if you want to put them on. I encourage you to test drive and view the car in person, so you know exactly what you are getting. 5 speed and clutch feel great and with the suspension you feel like you are in a race car. The rest is cash at pickup or money order. If you want to pay by check I have to allow it to clear first. The summer wheels/tires will be wraped in plastic or sheets and placed in the trunk and/or back seat. Also, for your info, the most recent alignment was done with the summer tires on. I also have new locking lug nuts and key for the summer wheels that will go with the car. I will have the oil changed Monday and basic services done (fluids topped, etc.). The lock on the passenger side backseat door has been sticking lately when you use the power locks. I imagine this could be fixed with some lube. Just want to be upfront with everything. Of course it can be unlocked by hand. On Jan-09-11 at 16:43:55 PST, seller added the following information: I noticed on the history report eBay is showing, that there is an "event report." This car has never used for any events and has never been leased or rented. I think this is showing the maryland emmissions test. It passed no problem of course. Not sure why it is highlighting this. I have a new set of locking lug nuts with matching key for use on the summer rims. I also have a box of lights and bulbs. These are mostly stock interior bulbs, various color HID H1 bullbs for the projectors, and other various bulbs. There is a set of standard halogen H1 bulbs incase your state doesn't allow aftermarket HIDs. Also, stock reverse, license plate bulb, running lights, etc in case the LEDs are too much. They do a courtesy check and report that every thing looks good! There could find nothing wrong so this car is ready to go!
