If you would like to bid on this car but you don't think you'll have your income tax refund in time, we are willing to work with you by possibly postponing the transaction until you receive your refund. Though it's not in showroom condition & it's not without flaws, this miata being listed with NO RESERVE deserves your attention! It is the M-Edition miata which means it has a few more options including power windows, power antaenna, & power mirrors. It also has a great sounding stereo, COLD A/C, passenger airbag, & electronic anti-theft device. It has attractive sport wheels with locking lug nuts & the tires are in good shape. The oil & filter have just been changed using the highest quality synthetic oil. Walking around the vehicle, you can see that there are a couple minor scratches in the paint & that the paint itself may be a little faded in one area. The driver side taillight is cracked but does not affect the operation of any of the lights, which all work. In the photo section please notice the two pictures that show the condition of the convertible top. The slits in the top were covered with black tape but the tape was removed for the photos. The motor has also been leaving drops of oil on the ground beneath and there is evidence of decals on the trunk lid that we removed when we bought the car. In spite of the aforementioned flaws, this really is a Great looking, Great running, FUN, reliable, sports car that's VERY EASY ON GAS & is ready to be picked up & driven to any destination. Just a reminder; This car has a 5 speed manual transmission. That make & model information comes up automatically based on the codes in the VIN. I have no control over that & assumed that it is correct. However, I have been notified & informed by two concerned onlookers stating that this miata is not an M-edition. They seem to know their stuff & I don't doubt that they may very well be right. Based on this information, (whether it is right or wrong) if it is a factor in determining your interest in the car then that should be considered before bidding.
