Up for auction is a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. It has a 350 with a 3 speed manual transmission with a 10 bolt rear axle. It is a mostly complete project that has been off the road since 1984 and will need a complete restoration. The body will need rear quarters, roof skin, complete trunk floor, inner and outer wheel houses, complete rear frame rails, floors, complete nose, and doors. So, pretty much everything as far as sheet metal is concerned. The firewall and sub-frame/ seat mounts are solid. The front sub-frame is solid but needs to be restored. It has manual drum brakes and manual steering. The engine is a 1972 350 and a 3 speed manual transmission with the correct style Camaro shifter. The engine should fire with a bottle of gas and the car might yard drive with a little work. The engine should be rebuilt but is a good core. The rear seats are in fair condition and the fronts need to be recovered. It has a floor shift column with key. Headliner bows, window glass, and regulators are intact. The front windshield is cracked. The windows roll up and down and the doors open and shut. A $250 non refundable deposit due via Paypal is required within 48 hours of auction close. The balance is due within 7 days via Paypal or cash upon pickup. The car must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements are made in advance. Questionable bids will be deleted unless buyer contacts me beforehand in order to keep the auction fair for everyone else. This car is sold with a bill of sale only. The car does not have a title with it. The state of Maine does not require titles for vehicles 1995 and older. Check your local and state laws before bidding.
