Apparently these Toyota Corolla wagons are popular. This vehicle has a blown engine. It still runs, but just barely and is about to die. I drove it 2400 miles to Seattle and back in two weeks, and did to the car what Rooster does to Little Blackie in True Grit. Drove it to death. I put it on Craigslist in Los Angeles today around 5:30, thinking I might get $500 - $800, or just donate it. Well my phone began ringing off the hook and the offers went to $2600 almost immediately. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I made it clear the engine was no good. But I have learned these cars are very popular with some people and I also hear they use them as taxis in Afghanistan. So now I am curious to see just how much this car is worth to someone. Remember: The engine is about to go. It's knocking and about to die. Other than that, the car is in good shape for a 1994. The left headlight connection is loose, the speedometer is a little weird, but beyond that, no problems. Someone is ready to drive to my house tomorrow and pay me $2600 cash, but if anyone wants it worse than that, please bid now.
