Your bidding on a 1948 Willys Jeep with a clear title. The engine was converted to a 12 volt system some time back. The engine is complete and all there; however, it is not running at this point. I am not an expert on these Jeeps so cannot tell you what is wrong with it. The floor pans are in good shape. The window on the front drops down and as you can see from the pictures they have cracks in them. The front seats are from a Ranger boat, the orginal Jeep seats are available and you can see them in the picture. Lastly the gas tank was converted to a boat tank under the back seat. I have the original tank also. I can send you any additional pictures or you can view the Jeep locally anytime at Camp Point, IL. This Jeep will make a great restoration or just get it running and drive around for fun! Also, You will get a second Willys Jeep for spare parts. It has an incomplete and not a good engine. The entire drive-train is all there. All 4 wheels are locked, I cannot get it out of gear and have not spent any time messing with it. $500.00 must be paid within 48 hours of the auction ending. The remainder must be paid within 7 days of the auction ending via paypal or cash. I am willing to deliver the Jeeps up to 250 miles for $1.50 per loaded mile. THERE IS NO HOLE, the picture just has a shadow that makes it look like this, I have personally verified this. Also, the engine in the parts Jeep is not complete and not in good shape you can see this in the picture (blue engine missing parts). I bought these Jeeps from my brother who is in a tough situation and needed the money and I don't have time to mess with them and figure out how to get it running, I know he had the one liscensed and drove it around last year.
