Vehicle Detail

Hello and thanks for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering trade in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying from me could save you thousands over going to a dealership by cutting out the expense of the fancy lot, salesmens commissions and all the other expenses that you end up paying for. I test drive each vehicle so that I can tell you exactly how it looks, runs and drives. I am completely honest and describe everything to the best of my ability, then list every car with NO RESERVE. Please ask any questions before you bid. I am happy to answer any question except "what is your buy it now". I do not end auctions early so please don't ask me to. An administrative fee of $99 is added to the final bid on each auction. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION VERY CAREFULLY... Up for another NO RESERVE auction today is a 1999 Infiniti I-30 sedan. It comes to you in brilliant silver over black leather interior with wood trim. This car looks good from any angle and doesn't have any major scratches or dents worth mentioning. Just take a look at the photos to see how great she looks. In terms of the body, the only thing it needs is a windshield. It has a small crack at the drivers side bottom which would most likely fail a state inspection. Other than that, the body is great! The inside of this car is very clean. The leather seats are in good condition, are very comfortable and show minimal wear except a rip on the back of the passenger front seat at the top. The carpets and headliner show no wear and the factory Infiniti rugs are included. The automatic climate control works perfectly. Both seats are power operated. The power windows, locks, seats and sunroof all work properly. There is a little plastic trim piece missing under the dash but it's not really noticable. The Bose Cassette/CD sound system sounds amazing! Mechanically, the 3.0L V6 starts right up but it is running roughly. There are no knocks, taps, leaks or smoke. When I got the car, the check engine light was on. I pulled the codes out and there were two misfire codes (one manufacturer control misfire and one random misfire). Normally misfire codes are a symptom of an ignition issue, typically old plugs or wires or both. I don't have any specific knowledge of these engines, though. It will run and drive (I drove it around for four hours solid before taking the pics and listing it) but it idles rough and breaks up a little at low rpm's. I google'd the two codes I was getting for this specific car. The most likely cause is a bad ignition coil. They cost $70 each but it is recommended to change them all at once. Be sure to use genuine Nissan parts for best results. The suspension is solid and the brakes are perfect. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly through all gears. There is an ABS light on. There is also a slight vibration in the tires at highway speeds so the next owner should probably invest in a new (or good used) set of tires and an alignment. These are good cars that are known to go well over 200k miles with proper care. Here is your chance to get one that has been neglected for a great price and have a nice, luxury ride that you can drive and drive and not have to pay out the nose for it. The miles are low at just 98,000. This car does have salvage history from back in 2006. I didn't know about this until I checked the Autocheck report. Because this happened in a different state, nothing transferred onto the title I have. I don't have any details to relay about what happened. I gave the car a really good look and everything lines up well but the passenger side looks to have been repainted. I checked the rocker panels and I didn't see any signs of major damage (weld marks in the jambs or unibody). I believe 98,000 to be the actual miles but around the time of the accident there is also a "not actual miles" notation in the autocheck. If you look at the history of the car, there is nothing (like a major discrepancy in odometer readings) to suggest that the cluster or odometer were tampered with in any way. More often than not, this is a result of human error because titles have little boxes with little print next to odometer statements. I see cars all the time that come through auction with title and odometer issues because people screw up titles by checking wrong boxes and writing things where they shouldn't. I look to the interior condition and the condition of the seats, floor mats (factory mats are expensive and most people replace them with cheaper ones) and shifter/steering wheel to see if they show wear consistant with the miles and this one looks to be in consistant condition with a 100k mile car. Again, please ask any questions you may have. If you are local and would like to come see this car I encourage you to do so. I am actually driving it around so it's always with me. Thanks for looking. Happy New Year and best luck bidding!
