Please read completely before asking questions.... Up for sale is my 1965 Chevelle Super Sport 2dr hard top. I have been laid off for several months and need to sell it. I dont want to, but the bills dont stop becuase Im laid off. The car is in primer ready to prep for paint. All sheet metal work is finished. We replaced the following parts with new parts: front windshield piece, dash, complete floors front to back, 4 spd trans hump, front seat brackets, console brackets (not installed yet) rear trunk, left & right side drop offs, rear deck filler, left & right full quarter panels. The doors and front fender have been worked along with the rest of the car. The hood is perfect. It has no bad places in it that we saw. It is a 138* SS car that came factory with a 283 and power glide (which are long gone). It has factory air conditioner, power steering, gauge package in dash with clock, console, rear antenna, bucket seats and front sway bar. All still attached, except the a/c parts under the hood. They were gone when I got the car. Car still has the factory rear end in it with a 3:08 gear on the casing. Dont know whats in it for sure. I had the floors converted to a four speed when they were installed. I have the four speed pedals but have not put them in yet. They are included with car. I have the gauges for the dash, (it did come with gauges and not lights) I have the air conditioner vents and balls. I also have the automatic shifter and console that came in the car. It also still has the original glass forthe doors and rear sides. I do not have a windshield or rear glass, they were both cracked. The under side of the body has been under coated, the interior of the car floors has a light coat of under coating over the primer. The trunk also has a light coat of under coating on the floors, and has not been speckle painted yet. I was debating on leaving it black. The car has a 67' 283 in it now that was in it when I bought it. The frame is rust free and has not been restored, under the hood isnt dont either. I have alot of money tied up in this car and had no plans on selling it, my employer helped me decide to. When I get back on my feet I will have another, but for now I have to put things in priority and this isnt on the top of the list. I will not ship this car. it can be seen with an appointment.
