2008 GMC Savana Cargo Van **VERY RARE DURAMAX DIESEL** **EX-PENSKE TRUCK** This van is EXTREMELY hard to find. We have all of the maintenance records from the day this vehicle was put into service. This includes every light bulb, windshield wiper, tire, etc. You name it. We have it. The motor was completely gone through by GM at 151,400 miles. This van looks and runs like new, with the exception of a few small dents on the rear doors. We spoke the original driver of this truck who said it hauled just 800lbs of video on a daily basis. He also said 99% of the miles were highway miles, both before and after the engine rebuild. The van has never had a trailer hitch on it, so it has never pulled a trailer. This vehicle was originally owned by Penske Truck Leasing. It was serviced and thoroughly inspected by their certified mechanics before coming out of service. This included an oil test and the truck passed with flying colors. The truck was reinspected and thoroughly detailed by one of our certified mechanics when we returned to our shop. It is in truly excellent condition and is 100% ready to go to work. Everything on this truck works perfectly, just as it should.There is a warranty available through Penske. As a side note, let us tell you a bit about Penske. It has absolutely the best maintenance record in the industry. They spare no expense on their vehicles. Every part that goes on their trucks is brand new, never used or refurbished. Every time the oil is changed, an oil test is done. On this truck, we have the complete maintenance records from Day 1. We invite you to come and look at this truck in person because the pictures do not do it justice. It is unbelievably clean and well cared for. We drove this van home for about 400 miles. During that trip, it got an average of 24.8MPG. It ran down the road nice and smooth. It drove perfectly straight with no wandering. It had plenty of power on the hills. The truck ran extremely well and cruised at up to 70mph with little effort. It started right up with a bump of the key. This truck has a GMC Duramax diesel engine and a 4 speed automatic transmission, which give it tons of power. It has hydraulic brakes and spring suspension. The van has 227,914 miles and 4,081 engine hours on it. The van has a white exterior and a grey interior. As you can see from the photos, the truck is exceptionally clean and shows little wear and tear both inside and outside the cab. The only cosmetic flaws anywhere on this truck are some slight paint scratches where Penske markings once were and some minor dings on the bottom of the rear doors. These can be seen somewhat in our photographs. The brakes are brand new all the way around with nearly 100% remaining. The Goodyear tires are LT225/75R16Es. They are also brand new remaining all the way around. The rims are 16x6.5Js. This vehicle has a few extra features. These include all AM/FM/CD, power steering, intermittent wipers, controllable dual air bags, A/C, tow haul button for pulling trailers, lockable cage, fire extinguisher, and a grab bar on the passenger side. This van also had a message center that displays tachometer, mileage, engine hours, fuel range, average fuel economy, fuel usage, timer, average speed, tire pressure, oil life, and fuel filter life.
