We strongly suggest buyers to personally inspect vehicle if possible or arrange for 3rd party inspection before auction ends. Our description is solely for information purposes it is not a warranty, vehicle is sold as is. This is a legally binding contract and the last bidder will be the owner of this great vehicle. This is a true all original barn find. Its incredibly original down to the 6 volt system, wiring and radio. We only notice the wheels and front seats not to be original. It is running and driving and corrosion free project. This very rare and desirable 1950 Chevrolet is a true survivor in need of restoration for an excellent show car or some attention for a good survivor driver. Interior needs attention as you can tell from pictures but even its a really solid and good start since even the gauges work. The gauges and dash are original seats and upholstery are not original. Exterior the paint appears to be the original. Paint is obviously deteriorated but you can appreciate how clean the body is with no signs of previous damage and the only notable dent on the passenger door. There is no serious corrosion in the floor pans mostly exterior surface dust rust but little to no deterioration of the metal as you can appreciate from the pictures. Mechanically the car it runs and motor is strong. Transmission shifts well and brakes are very weak. Other than the brakes needed servicing you could drive this car in parades or to the local show in its current mechanical state. Don't missed out this great opportunity to purchase a true survivor car that would make a very simple restoration and it makes a great candidate for a show car restoration.
