Vehicle Detail

For sale is my 1973 cb500 four cafe racer style bike.  I bought this bike in pieces a few years back, and have been putting it together since.  The current condition of the bike is running and running very well.  I will list what I have done to it.  PS all of the major work was done professionally and I have receipts.*First the bike was totally re-wired.  I kept it simple, and cut out the signals and any other useless wiring.  It has a hidden push button start as well as a key.  You can kick start it or use electric start.  No horn, no hi and low beam, just headlight, tail light, and brake light.  also I removed all of the gauges.  (it looks cooler this way)  Only problem is I have no idea of the mileage on the bike.*Second I had all four carbs rebuilt with new parts professionally.  This costs a lot of money, and needs to be done on these old hondas.  I also added individual air cleaners to each carb.  Looks cool and adds power.*Both front and back wheel bearings have been replaced and repacked.*Brand new tire on front.*Front forks rebuilt and resealed.*Gas tank has been sealed.*Rear brakes have been replaced*Petcock replaced*Clubman handlebars added*Custom cafe seat added (I paid $250 for it)*Custom rear tail light added*Custom made exhaust pipe (after header)*Oil change (obviously)*New battery as well.*what it needs*  Well, it doesn't need anything.  It can be ridden just the way it is, and I do.  I ride it two or three times a week.  I had planned to fix the dents in the gas tank, and paint the tank, side covers, and cafe seat to match, but I have lost interest.  I also pulled the front brakes off all together.  The back brakes stop the bike just fine.  You can add them cheaply if you want.  PS the rotor is still on the front, so adding brakes would be very simple.  I just like the look without them.On Dec-22-10 at 10:05:08 PST, seller added the following information: Also I wanted to add.  I have a box of stock parts for this bike as well.  Fenders, seat, lights, etc, random bolts.  All kinds of crap.I also forgot to mention that I put on a new left grip, and clutch lever as well as bar end mirror.  i also have the new throttle to match, just haven't put it on yet.Last but not least I only took 4 pictures because it is cheaper to list that way.  If you want pics message me with your phone number or email, and what you want a better pic of, and I will text it to you or email it to you.thanks,Erik
