Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 2008 BMW M5. This car has been my pride and joy over the last 3 years. It was purchased brand new with 54 miles. It currently has 30,971 miles. I bought the car for the $93,xxx sticker price. The car has a 5.0L V10 engine. It came with every available option from the factory including full merino leather, heads up display, active seat bolsters, soft close doors, heated and cooled seats, rear heated seats. This car came with everything! I never learned how to even use half of the gadgets on the car. One of the coolest parts of the car (other than the heads-up display which tells you your RPM and MPH on the windshield so you never need to look down at the speedo and the active seat bolsters which grab you whenever you go around a turn -- awesome options and the soft close doors are pretty cool too) is a button on the steering wheel which takes you from a moderately tame 400hp to 500hp at the push of a button! It's like an extra 100hp at the push of a button. You can drive around in economy mode like a hybrid and then switch the button and BAM, you're at 507hp. That 507hp figure is with the stock configuration. I have modified the car so it is pushing over 550 horsepower, maybe even close to 600hp. The modifications to the car include: Vorsteiner Full Carbon Fiber Domed and Vented Hood ($3,000) Hartge Front Spoiler Lip ($1,000) Hartge Rear Diffuser ($500) Hamann Roof Spoiler ($500) Evosport Power Pulley ($500) RPI Race Exhaust ($2,000) Custom Fabricated Straight Pipe Replacing Secondary Cats (still passes inspection) ($600) ASR Cold Air Intake ($3,000) Bimmian Interior Xenon Lighting Kit ($50) ///M Racing Pedals ($100) The car still has FACTORY WARRANTY remaining!!!! Some of the other options the car has that are pretty cool are as follows. It has an electric vent-shade that is controlled by the driver (button is near the window buttons). With the push of a button, a vent-shade rises to darken the rear window to add privacy to the car. Both back windows also have vent-shades that can be pulled up by either passenger to add darkness (in addition to the windows which are already tinted) and privacy in the back of the car. Another really cool feature on this car is the adaptive headlights. This is where the headlights automatically move in the direction the car is travelling. For example, when the steering wheel is turned beyond a certain degree, you will notice (very subtly -- have to be looking to notice) the headlights are also turning. This is very helpful if you're driving on a curvy road at night. The headlights shine in the direction the car is travelling, not simply straight ahead like most headlights on other cars. This is a really cool feature. Keep in mind that all of these features I'm listing are above and beyond the "normal" features that are on a car like this (i.e. pwr windows, door locks, telescoping steering column, pwr seats, pwr mirrors, etc) Like I said earlier, this car has been my pride and joy and I have taken extremely good care of her -- all services were performed on time and by licensed professionals at BMW dealerships. If you are really interested in the car please call or message me and I will explain the accident listed on the history report. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I would be interested in trades, but only for a few specific cars (i.e. Porsche turbo 911 996 997 or 2006+ dodge viper -- if you think I may be interested, don't hesitate to ask.) The car has 15% tint all around and 35% tint on the windshield I am looking to get $45,000 out of the car. Thanks
