I have owned this beautiful automobile for 12 years. It is now time for someone to take it to next level. I have over $30,000 into along with many hours of labor of love. I do not expect to nearly recoup what I have invested in it. It still needs some work done to it. It needs a total repaint. The paint has some cobwebbing and the hood has a primer spot on it. The hot wire to the a/c compressor broke off at the casing and has to be taken apart to rewire. It was never a priority with me because I drive with the windows down. I do not know if the vacuum wipers work or not. They run off the fuel pump and I replaced it with a later model without the vacuum line. I have a new original fuel pump, but I do not like the way the glass bowl attaches. I had one fall off and had to have the car towed home. The 352 motor has been rebuilt as well as the cruis-o-matic trans. New flywheel and torque converter. New distributer in which I replaced the points with a Pertronix setup along with their hot coil. Car starts right up without giving it gas. I had trouble with the rebuilding of the original carb. so I opted for a Holley 650 with heat choke. I replaced the radiator with a new for row and added a 6 blade fan. I live in the high desert, north of Los Angeles. This car will not overheat. It runs at 180 degrees on a hot summer day. I also replace the 45 amp gen. with a 125 amp altenator and dropped in an Optima battery. I had tried an original style tar top battery and it just didn't work out. Starter and drive was replaced with new. I put in a new(not used) gas tank, sending unit and fuel lines. The front seats were redone by the previous California owner. I had the rear seat redone by the same jobber. Dash and door panels are good. Headliner was replaced by previous owner. Carpet good. I put in gauges under the dash. Volt, oil pressure and temp. The continental kit and spoke wheels are reproductions that I bought and not original. I replace the side glass and windshield with new. All gauges work. Clock works. Radio works, but is didconnected from speakers. Under dash Jvc player with remote changer in trunk. Speakers under seat(no door panel holes). Air shocks in rear. Heavy duty in front. Goodyear bias wide whitewalls. Not a good riding tire, but the look cool. Some rust in the channel beneath the trunk lid. None in the trunk itself. Plating is okay to very good. I had a lot redone. Extra parts(including hood). Some new rubber and chrome pieces still in boxes. Comes with all manuels I have and literature. I can help with shipping if needed.
