West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional and extremely rare and collectible example of this 1997 Aston Martin DB7 Coupe with a very low and original 27K miles in a gorgeous and very desirable color combination of original factory 'Silver' color paint with beautiful 'Dark Gray' doeskin leather seats with 'Black' piping and matching two-tone black and gray interior with a Gray headliner. This particular car must be seen to be truly appreciated! A real head-turner in this striking color combination! Purchased and dealer serviced by it's original southern California owner at 'Aston-Martin Beverly Hills', of Beverly Hills, California and purchased from him by his business partner and only second southern California owner in 5/2006 with only 13K original miles. The car was then serviced at 'Galpin Aston-Martin' of Van Nuys, California and most recently at 'Independent Rolls-Royce', renown independent luxury British car marque specialists of Los Angeles, California with all service records available. The original factory 'Silver' color paint is in excellent condition with only the most minor of imperfections, if any, noticeable only upon very close inspection. The original two-tone leather seats Gray and Black interior is also in outstanding condition with virtually no signs of any wear, there are no imperfections in the matching two-tone dashboard or the walnut veneer and the two-tone door panels and the carpets are also in outstanding condition with virtually no signs of any wear. The headliner is also is in exceptional condition with virtually no signs of any wear. Please note that there is some very minor and virtually unavoidable 'curb rash' noticeable on some of the wheels (see photos below). The car is one of only 7,000 DB7 models built over a nearly ten year period (1994-2003) and when new cost over $150,000. Powered by a 3.2L supercharged straight inline six cylinder engine producing 335 bhp and engineered by the legendary Tom Walkinshaw Racing team on behalf of Aston-Martin, it was a worthy successor to the Jaguar XJ-220 which was built at the same factory in Bloxham, Oxfordshire, England where every DB7 would be built during it's production run. Please note the Autocheck report and California title records in 2005 a "potentially unreliable mileage reading" following a smog inspection and upon investigation of the Autocheck report, this is a most obvious clerical error either by Autocheck or the smog station or DMV, as according to Autocheck the mileage was 13,051 on 5/31/2005 (correct) and less than one month later, on 6/29/2005 read 130,001 miles! The mileage is absolutely consistent through all the years prior and is so up to the present time and apart from obviously confirming this fact with the original owners, we also have the Aston Martin dealer service records from all the time periods, including the time referenced by the Autocheck and DMV, to confirm this fact. The mileage is original and actual and now reads 27,782 miles.
