1972 Honda CT

Up for auction is a pair of Honda Trail 90 motorcycles. One was manufactured on 11/72, and the other was made on 12/73. This pair was bought by a friend of the family over 30 years ago. They used to tow them behind their motorhome when on family vacations. The 72 model has only 2547 miles VIN # CT90-1424386. The 73 has only 1073 miles, VIN # CT901510578. They were both equipped with the optional reserve canteen fuel tank that is attached on the left rear. They have a 4 stroke overhead cam engine with an auto clutch. It also has a buddy seat with buddy pegs for two riders. I have not started them yet, but both turn easily and have good compression. I am sure the fuel tanks will have to be flushed. They did run fine when they were parked. They have been sitting in a garage for the last 30 years. As you will notice in the pictures, they will need a good cleaning. I do have clear Texas titles and keys for both of them. If you want to restore a classic, then this pair is for you. They are both unmolested originals and are very complete.
