Vehicle Detail
2001 Ford F350 Lariat Crew Cab Diesel SRW Long bed This is a nice reliable truck, perfect for work or just to drive around. Truck has a Salvage Rebuildable Title due to collision. If it had a clean title, Blue Book value is set at $13,640. It's unbelievable how these 7.3's never go down in price. Here's your chance to get a great truck for a lot less! Please read the description carefully as we did to include all information we have about the truck. If you have any further questions, feel free to email us and leave a number so we will call you back. We sell trucks locally so we may reserve the right to end the auction at any time. FEATURES 267494 actual miles White exterior Lariat tan leather interior 7.3 Power Stroke Turbo Diesel V8 Engine Automatic transmission RWD Crew cab SRW long bed Driver power seat Power windows Power door locks Power mirrors Tilt wheel AC AM/FM/Cassette CD Player Cruise Control Towing package Big muscle for big jobs. Engine has lots of power and sounds very healthy. The transmission shift very smooth. No leaks, no smoke, no warning lights on the gauge. It drives very straight, has tons of power and responds nicely to all commands. Tires are in good condition. All the room you need. Interior is in very good condition. AC blows ice cold (Ford has the best AC's in the business), heat works great on this cold FL weather. Power mirror works, driver side mirror cover is missing. Radio/CD player works fine. No damage on the carpet or on the leather seats. What we did We got the truck at the auction straight from the insurance company. We got it for a guy that work with us and he did all the repairs and planned to keep the truck for himself. Too bad things happen when you list expect it (he and his wife are calling it quits) and he no longer can keep the truck or finish it. Truck had damage on the bed and rear end due to the collision. Truck was completely cleaned. Interior cloth seats gave room to upgraded leather seats. Even though there was no issues with the engine, he rebuilt the motor and transmission. Bearings and seals were replaced on the rear differential and truck got a new bed. Next step would be paint the truck just to make it look nicer, but that's where we stand now. There's no rust on this truck, and it looks nice for being a 10 year old truck. Salvage is the way to go when you don't want to pay big bucks for a truck and not loose a lot of money when you sell it. You can put a lot of miles on this truck and still get your money back when you sell it ***** There's plenty of pictures for you to see at http://www.flickr.com/photos/39947792@N03/sets/72157625427259045/ Truck is located in Orlando, FL and we can ship it anywhere in the US for a super low price - email us with your zip code for a quote. SALVAGE FACTS If you are considering buying a salvage vehicle but not sure how it works, here is some step-by-step info we put together to help you out. Remember that laws change from state to state, but this is pretty standard for all Motor Vehicle Departments. There are some states, however, that will give you a clean title after the truck passes the inspection. For further info, visit your local DMV website or give them a call. Step 1 Once you receive your vehicle, save the receipts for the parts used and labor involved on repairing the truck. Step 2 Contact your local DMV to schedule a salvage inspection. Step 3 By the time of inspection, you will have to fill out a DMV form with the vehicle information and list all major parts/components replaced on the vehicle and attach the receipts. Step 4 Once the vehicle passes inspection, you can go and register it just like any other vehicle. In most states you will receive a rebuilt salvage title, but in some states, you may even get a clean title afterwards. Check your local DMV for details.
