You are bidding on a 1974 Honda XL250K. I am selling this motorcycle for another person. Just picture your child/spouses face Christmas morning when they wake up and find it under the Christmas tree. Then the fun of spending the winter in the garage with them restoring it and having it ready to ride first thing this spring. You have the opportunity to be a hero. I have had this motorcycle running and rode it around my neighborhood for about two miles. It had been setting for a long time. All it took was a little fresh gas and some gas additive, a jump start to the battery and it fired up and ran reasonably good. It probably could stand a new spark plug, gas filter and flushing the gas tank out to make it run great. It definitely needs a new battery though. Both tires look good. There is no evidence that this motorcycle has been wrecked. In the pictures you will see a large dent in the gas tank. That happened from something falling on it in storage. There might be other small things wrong with this motorcycle that I don’t know about but it is 37 years old. Now is the perfect time of the year to buy a good old bike with lots of life in it. You have several months before riding season is upon us to get everything in tip top shape and ready for a summer of enjoyable riding. I do have a clean Ohio title ready to go.
