Up for auction is a 1969 Mercury Cougar ( rebodied) Eliminator. It was stripped, and media blasted and painted prior to my purchasing it. I bought this car 4 years ago with the idea of finishing the restoration on it but, due to a lack of time and funds I haven't completed it. This car has been rebodied, A virtually rust free california car was used as a donar. The only known patch on the body is the battery fender apron, which was done poorly. I bought this car in the condition you see in the pics. And have kept it in a garage since I purchased it. There are a few minor blemishes...they are shown on the pics and a brief description is on the picture as well. I have about 200 pictures of this car and the parts that are included with it. The donar car was set up for factory AC. NOS eyebrow and hood trim ( plus original trim) new front steering box, tie rod ends, pitman arm new front and rear suspension front brake calipers new head liner center console original dash pad PLUS 3 others door panels and interior quarter panels 7 Correct Eliminator Rally Rims 4 used trim rings ( beauty rings) 4 used center caps ( correct for year) Original Non AC dash PLUS an additional dash with AC The AC and all the parts for it 4 Magnum Rims ( pictured on the car ) Master cylinder, brake booster, proportioning valve All door hardware ( door handles, window handles, locks and locking mechanisms, latches etc ) sun visors padded A pilars seat belts Gas tank with sending unit installed ( new) You must have a feedback of at least 10 with a 100% positive score or your bid will be denied, unless you contact me before your bid is placed.
