1985 Mazda RX-7 GS. 170,000 miles on the car. 12A 1.1 L rotary engine. The engine was replaced a few years ago and has about 40,000 on it now. Blue interior and exterior. The interior is in excellent shape. I replaced the old stereo head unit with a new cd player. Exposed speaker wiring can be seen underneath. Some connection with the speaker wiring is bad so I ran a separate wire to a speaker in the back. The left window is a little difficult to open and close, other than that everything else with the interior is good. The exterior is in good shape for the most part as well. The frame looks good. Paint is peeling on areas of the car and there are a few spots of surface rust. The hood is well covered with surface rust. I have recently replaced the catalytic converter, fuel pump, and starter. Ive replaced the windshield wiper motor, but there is another problem keeping the wipers from working that I cannot figure out. I recieved the car from the original owner almost 2 years ago. She had the motor replaced 2 years before that and hadnt used the car much since then. I wanted this car so I could restore it but I do not have the time or money. I used it as my primary car for about a year but need to sell it so I can buy something that is more fuel efficient and has readily available parts. This is a great car for someone who has the time and means to restore it. Most of the work it needs is just exterior cosmetics.
