1976 Honda CB

For sale a 1976 Honda Cb550 Four cylinder. Everything works. The push button for the starter has been moved to the Vetter Fairing. It has both electric start and a kick start. Both work. The chrome is all pretty good except the exaust. The exaust is not the original. It has 2 mufflers- one on each side. It is louder than the original. The exaust pipe have been stained by dirt and I think battery acid. It has lots of power and has a mean sound, but is running rich on the two outside cylinders and should have the carbs synchronized, which I can't do. It also is showing a little oil on the side of the head- maybe a slight leak on the head gasket. The tires are like new,in fact the back tire was new last year. It has a radio and 8 Track tape player that works. I bench tested them. I placed in on the bike to take pictures., It is made by Vetter so that it is a custom fit. The AM side of the radio doesn't work. It also comes with a custom King/Queen seat which I never used. The picture show 2 holes in the seat where a mouse bit it. The original seat has a small blemish where someone layed a worklight on it but not very noticeable. It has the original tool kit and owners manual. Also has a Clymers repair manual. The pictures pretty much show it. It handles really good and the fairing keeps most of the wind off you. The fairing also has more peices for cold weather riding.
