Car buying can be fun, come in and well show you how easy we make it. General Information and Terms of Sale - Luxury Motorsports is a licensed and bonded automotive dealership based in Phoenix, Arizona. Buying through a licensed dealer gives you as a consumer certain rights, and ensures your protection from title fraud and other problems encountered in private party automotive transactions. In addition, you may also qualify for lower interest rates by purchasing through a dealership. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or listing. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. - Cars are demonstrated and/or test-driven on a daily basis and therefore may have more mileage upon delivery than indicated in original listings. - All transactions are subject to a Document/Preparation fee of $399.00 Arizona residents will be responsible for 8.8% sales tax and any applicable licensing and/or title fees. Non-Arizona residents wishing to drive their new vehicle prior to registering it in their home states will be responsible for a 90-day non-resident temporary permit fee of $35. All taxes and license fees will need to be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is registered in their home state. All state taxes and motor vehicle-related fees are administered by each state individually, are not included in the price of the vehicle, and are non-negotiable. - Most vehicle titles are not held on the premises and it may take up to 30 days to receive one. - Due to the fact that we often have multiple prospective buyers for the same vehicle, Luxury Motorsports will not hold a vehicle without a signed non-refundable deposit, a signed purchase order, and a signed General Information and Terms of Sale. Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed, and available for sale. - Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing. - We will accept the following four forms of payment only: bank wire (preferred), Cashier’s check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours), or cash (which must be delivered in person). - Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, professionally detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles; we put our name on the back of each one, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Luxury Motorsports encourages third party vehicle inspections and can assist with this process within reason. We will not be held responsible for any claims after delivery of a vehicle due to this inspection opportunity. - If you are unsure of anything, please ask. Do not assume anything. - Vehicles may be picked up locally or shipped at the buyer’s expense. At your request, Luxury Motorsports can coordinate the transportation of your newly purchased vehicle. We have many quality carriers available at a reasonable cost. As we are not the responsible party for loading, unloading, or driving the truck, Luxury Motorsports will not be held liable for any claims arising from vehicle shipping, delays, or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company. - Unless otherwise stated, all vehicles are sold “As Is” with no warranty. Remaining manufacturer’s coverage may exist. - All vehicles are sold in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Arizona, and will be tried in Maricopa County, Arizona regardless of whether the vehicle was picked up in our showroom or delivered to your door. Ebay Winners must contact Luxury Motorsports within 24 Hours of the end of auction 623-925-5500 Within 48 hours from the end of auction, a $250.00 deposit must be received. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. All vehicles must be paid in full within 7 days and picked-up within 17 days unless another agreement has been made prior to auction end. All non-paying bidders will be reported to EBay and a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed. We reserve the right to pursue non-paying bidders through collections, and the buyer claims all responsibility for charges associated with such processes. Accessory listings should be verified via email prior to the auction closing. Luxury Motorsports has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We encourage pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties before completing the sale. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyers discretion. Even in the event this is a no reserve auction we still reserve the right to cancel bids, end auctions early, and refuse sale to anyone, at anytime, for any reason. All buyers must pay a $399.00 documentation fee. Arizona buyers must pay 8.3% sales tax. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 42-5061(U), Out of state buyers whom pick their vehicle up from our location may have to pay sales tax according to the chart below. Out of state buyers whom elect to ship their vehicle are not required to pay sales tax to Arizona. All customers will receive a voucher showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state. Licensed dealers are not required to pay sales tax.
