1998 Ford Escort ZX2 with Hot package. Light green with gray interior. 147,793 miles. Runs great and gets good gas mileage. Smoke free. Very peppy and handles well. Has sunroof that can tilt or completely open. The sunroof is push button power to open and close with also a slide to cover the sunroof on the inside. It has air conditioning but doesn't hold a charge. We have never needed it as we use the sunroof often. Back seats have 60/40 split to lay down one or both seats for more area to transport things. Does need some work for inspection. Needs new tires and a new battery. Rocker panels need body work. I have tried to give many pics to show the details of the rocker panels and the body. There are only a few other rust marks on the body which I have shown. There is a dent on the front right and on the right door as shown in pics. We bought this car in 2003 and my husband used it to commute everyday at about 90 miles roundtrip a day. We have never had any problems with this car. My son drove the car until he left for college a few years ago. It has not been used much since and we didn't want to put any money into it just to get it inspected and then sit. We have 2 other cars and our other son cannot drive a manual. We have only held onto it because my husband likes his "little car" and knows its a good runner! This is a no reserve auction and the highest bidder wins! It is for local pick-up only. We live in central Pennsylvania about 12 miles from Penn State and 2 miles from I-80. $100 deposit through Paypal due within 48 hrs. of close of auction. We will accept cashier/certified check or cash in person at pick up for the remaining balance.
