Transmission:Automatic Exterior:Red Interior:Black Go to Top Description We have this rare Volvo 240 Wagon to offer this week. It was just traded for a new car by it's original owner. It's finished in fire engine red with black vinyl interior. The exterior is in good condition. The paint is bright and brilliant but a tad hazy on the upper suraces. It has a few scratches and paint chips. There is a small area of rust just below the windshield(pictured). It has a few marks as shown. There are no dents to be found. A very solid 240. A great looking car. The interior is good condition. The rear seat looks great but has a small tear on the lower cushion. The driver's seat shows wear and has a few tears on the lower cushion. The passenger seat shows wear from normal use and has a few small tears on the lower cushion. The dash pad has no cracks. It comes with the owner's manual. original window sticker, and a ton of records. It comes with matching Kumho tires are showing 50% tread. It has the peppy 2.3 Litre fuel injected 4 cylinder. Everything works except the radio. This car runs and drives good. We did nottice that it will crank a few times before starting and will hesitate on the road at times and others it will be fine. Im thinking a tune up but Im not positive. The exhaust is a tad loud. The motor is quiet and the brakes are firm and responsive. A great reliable car that's good on gas. These 240 wagons are getting harder to find. This is one of the last years of the 240. This car will be offered at No Reserve so here's your chance to get a great running Volvo inexpensivley.
